Join Activate Oklahoma and Common Good Tulsa as we celebrate the accomplishments of our One Step at a Time walking group during the Day Ohn Day 1-mile & 5K run. Saturday, May 24th at 7:30 am.

The Tulsa Indian Club proudly hosts the Day Ohn Day Run every year. 2025 celebrates the 21st anniversary of this annual event.

The Day Ohn Day highlights health and fitness in our Oklahoma communities with this friendly and competitive event.

We start at the Mohawk Park Shelter #3. Look for the Activate Oklahoma table and flag. After the race we will gather at the shelter near the start line to celebrate everyone’s accomplishments with more delicious treats.

Lindsey House

Sean Lewis was born prematurely and with cerebral palsy. But Sean has not let that slow him down. Sean realized from a very young age that he was given a gift to inspire and encourage people of all ages and abilities. Sean has lived his life not to let his challenges define who he is or what he can accomplish.

Thanks to the support of Activate Oklahoma and funding from Ascension St. John, Sean will be the guest speaker at our mid-point celebration for the Breaking Barriers Training program. This celebration is free and open to everyone involved in any of our programs. This celebration is part of Activate Oklahoma’s Walk for Mental Health program at the Lindsey House.

Breaking Barriers 5K

and 1-Mile Fun Run

OSU Tulsa & Osage Prairie Trail

Join us to support and celebrate the women and children of the Lindsey House as they complete a Couch to 5K running/walking program. This program is designed to demonstrate the physical, mental, social health benefits of breaking barriers to conventional training programs.

1-Mile Fun Run at 7:00pm. 5K Run at 7:30pm

The start/finish line will be in the OSU parking lot near the Osage Prairie Trail entrance at 700 N Greenwood Ave.
